Little rules for good coexistence
Who is going to take care of you?
THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPLEX STRUCTURE (Chief): directs the ward and is responsible for the performance of all diagnosis and treatment activities for all in-patients.
THE PAEDIATRIC DOCTOR: he/she is in charge of diagnosis and treatment activities for in-patients, but also of emergency room and nursery admissions, and is present 24 hours a day.
THE NURSE COORDINATOR (head nurse): coordinates the nursing and socio-medical staff and is responsible for care activities and the logistical organisation of the ward. He/she is present on the ward, on weekdays, from the morning until the early afternoon hours.
THE NURSE: is the professional figure present on the ward 24 hours a day. He/she is responsible for the identification and satisfaction of in-patients' needs and is responsible for the individual care plan.
In addition to ensuring the correct execution of examinations and therapies, he/she may provide professionally qualified support at any time of the day.
THE SOCIO-HeALTHCARE OPERATOR (OSS): is a figure of support to nursing activities. He/she is in charge of hotel management and collaborates with the nurse in care activities.
VISITS BY RELATIVES
12 noon-1 p.m. 7-8 p.m.
Only one visitor per patient
No admittance for children under 12
(may change due to COVID restrictions)
One parent MUST remain next to their child 24 h and use the bed space to rest during the night. In the morning by 7.30 a.m., the parent must take care of making up their own bed/chair, asking the OSS staff for a change of linen if necessary.
Any substitutions between relatives must be agreed with the Staff.
Lunch and dinner for relatives assisting the child are free of charge ONLY if the patient is less than one year old. In all other cases meal vouchers may be purchased; the cost and instructions for requesting them will be provided by the OSS staff.
It is FORBIDDEN to bring food for the patients from outside in compliance with the Therapeutic indications (unless otherwise, please consult the Staff).
Visitors must perform hand hygiene, using the hand hygiene gel located in the corridor.
The Nursing Coordinator and the Doctor may prohibit visits to patients in cases of Health Protection, after informing the patient and by means of a special sign on the door.
HOW WARD ACTIVITIES ARE ORGANISED
In-patient children undergo a daily paediatric examination in the morning, during which the attending parent is given adequate information by the doctor about the child's health condition, the results of the examinations performed and the current and subsequent diagnostic and therapeutic programme.
It is important that the hospitalised child does not leave his or her room during the time of the medical examination; at other times, Staff must ALWAYS be notified.
The administration of therapy is very important and is carried out at set times, sometimes even during the night.
Staff are NOT required to administer any kind of medication to parents and/or relatives.
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to tamper with or handle phleboclysis, monitors, oxygen and any other medical instruments.
ASSOCIATIONS
In our hospital operate some volunteer associations who generously offer their contribution, with various types of initiatives, to help patients and their families.
All volunteers, before embarking on their activities, undergo training courses that prepare them to approach and work properly at the side of the sick.
ABIO - (Association for Children in Hospital)
The association organises and animates the play activities of hospitalised children.
Volunteers are also authorised to look after the children, for short periods, to allow their parents to get away for a break.
They are present from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., except on Saturdays and Sundays.
The CLOWN is an association founded with the aim of spreading joy, cheerfulness and love through the work of its volunteers, entertaining children and adults as 'clowns'.
They are present on the ward on Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings.
SCHOOL IN HOSPITAL
It ensures continuity in the educational process and didactic support, with targeted interventions that take into account the student's psychophysical condition. Our teacher takes care of 3 to 18 age children from Monday to Thursday, from 8.30 to 11.30 am. Fridays from 8.30 am to 11.30 am.
The school is located at the entrance to the ward and serves various functions: painting, manipulation, reading, help with homework.
Everyone who have the opportunity to spend even a short time in the Paediatrics Department is obliged to respect the environment, equipment and furnishings as common heritage.
SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in all hospital premises, including on balconies

QUI PRENDRA SOIN DE VOUS ?
LE DIRECTEUR DE LA STRUCTURE COMPLEXE: dirige le département et est responsable de toutes les activités de diagnostic et de traitement pour tous les patients hospitalisés.
LE MÉDECIN PÉDIATRE: s’occupe de l’activité de diagnostic et de soins pour les hospitalisés mais aussi des accès aux urgences et au Nid , il est présent 24 heures sur 24.
LE COORDINATEUR INFIRMIER (chef de salle): coordonne le personnel infirmier et socio sanitaire et est responsable des activités de soins, d’assistance et de l’organisation logistique du département. Il est présent dans le service, en semaine, du matin jusqu’aux premières heures de l’après-midi.
L’INFIRMIÈRE: c’est la figure professionnelle présente dans le service 24 heures sur 24. Elle se charge de l’identification et de la satisfaction des besoins des hospitalisés et est responsable du plan d’assistance individuel.
Non seulement elle assure la bonne exécution des examens et des thérapies, elle pourra vous fournir également, à tout moment de la journée, un soutien professionnellement qualifié.
L’OPÉRATEUR SOCIO-SANITAIRE (OSS) : est une figure de soutien à l’activité infirmière. Il s’occupe de la gestion hôtelière et collabore avec l’infirmière dans les activités d’assistance.
LES VISITES DES PARENTS
12.00-13.00 heures 19-20.00 heures
Un seul visiteur par patient
Entrée interdite aux enfants de moins de 12 ans (peuvent subir des variations périodiques dues à la COVID)
Un seul parent DOIT rester à côté de son enfant 24 h et utiliser le lieu de couchage pour se reposer la nuit. Dans la matinée, avant 7h30, le parent devra s’occuper de la rénovation de son lit / fauteuil, en demandant le changement éventuel de linge au personnel OSS.
Tout remplacement entre membres de la famille doit être convenu avec le personnel.
Le déjeuner et le dîner pour les proches qui s’occupent de l’enfant sont gratuits UNIQUEMENT si le patient est âgé de moins d’un an. Dans tous les autres cas, vous pouvez acheter des chèques repas, le coût et les instructions pour les acheter vous seront
fournis par le personnel OSS.
IL EST INTERDIT d’apporter de la nourriture aux résidents de l’extérieur dans le Respect des indications thérapeutiques ( sauf cas contraire, veuillez vous adresser au personnel)
Les visiteurs doivent se laver les mains à l’aide du gel spécial dans le couloir.
Le coordinateur des soins infirmiers et le médecin peuvent interdire les visites aux parents en cas de protection de la santé, après en avoir informé le patient et au moyen d’une pancarte sur la porte.
COMMENT EST ORGANISÉE L’ACTIVITE DE SERVICE
Les enfants hospitalisés sont soumis au cours de la matinée à une visite pédiatrique quotidienne, au cours de laquelle des informations adéquates sur l’état de santé de l’enfant sont fournies par le médecin au parent présent, les résultats des examens effectués et le programme de diagnostic et de traitement en cours et suivant.
Il est important que l’enfant hospitalisé ne quitte pas sa chambre pendant les heures d’examen médical, en dehors de cet horaire il faut TOUJOURS en informer le personnel.
L’administration du traitement est très importante et s’effectue à
des heures fixes, parfois même la nuit.
Le personnel n’est PAS tenu d’administrer des médicaments aux parents et/ou aux proches.
IL EST STRICTEMENT INTERDIT DE trafiquer ou de manipuler les Phléboclysis, le Monitor, l’Oxygen et tout autre instrument sanitaire.
LES ASSOCIATIONS
Certaines associations bénévoles opèrent dans notre hôpital et offrent généreusement leur contribution, avec différents types d'initiatives, dans le but d'aider les patients et leurs familles
Tous les bénévoles, avant de commencer leur activité, affrontent
des formations qui les préparent à aborder et à travailler adéquatement aux côtés des malades.
ABIO – (Association Pour l’Enfant Hospitalisé)
L'association se charge d'organiser et d'animer les activités ludiques des enfants hospitalisés.
Des bénévoles sont également autorisés à s'occuper des enfants, pour de courtes périodes, afin de permettre aux parents de s'évader le temps d'une pause.
Ils sont présents de 9h à 12h et de 15h à 18h sauf les samedis et dimanches.
I CLOWN c’est une association fondée dans le but de
répandre la joie, le bonheur et l'amour à travers le travail de ses bénévoles, divertissant
enfants et adultes se déguisant en "clown".
Ils sont présents dans le service le samedi après-midi et le dimanche matin.
L'ÉCOLE À L'HÔPITAL
L'école hospitalière est présente, assurant la continuité du processus éducatif et le soutien didactique, avec des interventions ciblées qui tiennent compte des conditions psychophysiques de l'élève.
Notre Maitresse s'adresse aux enfants entre 3 et 18 ans du lundi au jeudi, de 8h30 à 11h30. Vendredi de 8h30 à 11h30.
L'Ecole est située à l'entrée du Département et remplit diverses fonctions : peinture, manipulation, lecture, aide aux devoirs
Toutes les personnes qui ont l'opportunité de séjourner même pour une courte durée dans le service de pédiatrie sont tenues de respecter l'environnement, les équipements et l'ameublement en tant que patrimoine commun
IL EST INTERDIT DE FUMER dans toutes les chambres d'hôpital, même sur les bal

منسق التمريض (رئيس الممرضات): ينسق بين طاقم التمريض والصحة الاجتماعية وهو مسؤول عن المساعدة والتنظيم اللوجستي للقسم. إنه موجود في الجناح في أيام الأسبوع من الصباح حتىاول ساعات ما بعد الظهر
الممرضة: هي الشخصية المحترفة الموجودة في الجناح 24 ساعة في اليوم
تعتني بتحديد وتلبية احتياجات المرضى وهي مسؤولة عن تحديد خطة الرعاية الفردية
بالإضافة إلى ضمان التنفيذ الصحيح للاختبارات والعلاجات قادرة على
تزويدك بالدعم المؤهل مهنيًا في أي وقت من اليوم.
(OSS)
عامل الرعاية الصحية الاجتماعية= له/لها مهمة دعم أنشطة التمريض. تهتم بالاقامة بالمستشفى وتتعاون مع الممرضة في أنشطة رعاية المريض

يمكن لمنسق التمريض والطبيب منع زيارة المرضى في حالات الحماية الصحية ، بعد إعلام المريض ومن خلال لافتة خاصة على الباب
كيفية تنظيم نشاط القسم
يخضع الأطفال المقيمون بالمستشفى لزيارة الطبيب يومية في الصباح ، يزود الطبيب خلالها الوالد او الوالدة بالمعلومات الكافية عن حالة الطفل الصحية ، ونتائج الفحوصات التي يتم إجراؤها والبرنامج التشخيصي والعلاجيالحالي وفي الايام القادمة
من المهم ألا يغادر الطفل المقيم في المستشفى غرفته خلال ساعات الزيارة الطبية ، وفي أوقات الاخرى يجب إخبار الموظفين دائمًا.
تناول العلاج مهم جدًا ويتم تقديمه في أوقات محددة ، وأحيانًا حتى أثناء الليل
لا يُطلب من الموظفين إعطاء أي نوع من الأدوية للآباء و / أو الأقارب
والأكسجين والشاشات الوريدية القطرات في التحكم أو التلاعب باتا منعا يمنعوأي أداة طبية أخرى.
الجمعيات
تعمل بعض الجمعيات التطوعية في مستشفانا وتقدم مساهمتها بسخاء ،عن طريق أنواع مختلفة من المبادرات ، بهدف مساعدة المرضى وأسرهم
يخضع جميع المتطوعين ، قبل الشروع في نشاطهم ، لدورات تدريبية تاهلهم للاقتراب والعمل بشكل مناسب مع المرضى

المدرسة في المستشفى
مدرسة المستشفى هو هيكل موجود بقسم الاطفال ، مما يضمن
استمرارية المسيرة التعليمية والدعم التعليمي ، مع تدخلات هادفة تأخذ بعين الاعتبار الظروف النفسية والجسدية للتلميذ
نهتم معلمة مدرسة المستشفى بالأطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 3سنوات و 18 عامًا من الاثنين إلى الخميس ، من الساعة 8.30 إلى الساعة 11.30 والجمعة من الساعة 8.30 إلى الساعة 11.30
تقع المدرسة في مدخل قسم طب الاطفال وتؤدي وظائف مختلفة مثل الرسم والانشطة اليدوية والقراءة والمساعدة في الواجبات المنزلية
